Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and REVR when you use the app. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use REVR. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account. Usernames that are offensive or pretend to be someone else, including REVR staff, aren't allowed.

Play fair

Only catch real cars that are in front of you. Photos of screens, prints, toys or other people's pictures aren't allowed, and neither is trying to trick the scoring, the leaderboards or other players. We can remove catches and XP, and suspend accounts, to keep the game fair.

Stay safe and respectful

Never use REVR while driving. Don't trespass, follow anyone, or put yourself or others at risk to get a catch. Respect car owners: don't harass them, and don't post photos of people who clearly don't want to be photographed.

No harassment, hate, threats, nudity, or illegal content, in photos, comments, usernames or bios. You can report anything that breaks these rules and block anyone; we review reports, usually within 24 hours, and remove content and accounts that break them.

Your content

You own the photos and words you post. By posting them, you give REVR permission to store, display and share them within the app (for example in the feed, on the map and on your profile) and in REVR's own promotion of the app. You can delete your content or your account at any time. Only post photos you took yourself.

REVR Pro

REVR Pro is an optional subscription, billed through your Apple account. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple.

The game itself

Car identification is done automatically and can be wrong. XP, ranks, crowns, trophies and other rewards have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

REVR is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens while you're out spotting. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use REVR after that means you accept them.
